Opify Premium – 7-Day Refund Policy

At Opify, we want you to have confidence in your Premium subscription. If there is a genuine issue with the Premium service and we are unable to deliver the features or benefits that were promised, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• 7-Day Refund Policy is applicable only for yearly billing not monthly or weekly.
• You purchased Opify Premium and we are unable to provide a significant Premium feature or benefit that was explicitly promised.
• We are unable to deliver the Premium service substantially as described at the time of purchase.
• The issue is related to our inability to deliver the promised service, rather than a temporary technical problem.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. Technical Issues

Temporary technical glitches, bugs, server issues, data delays, connectivity problems, or similar technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where possible, Opify will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve technical issues and restore the service.

If a technical issue results in our inability to deliver a promised Premium feature or service and we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue, we may consider a refund based on the circumstances.

3. Situations That Generally Do Not Qualify

• Change of mind after purchasing Premium.
• Not using or rarely using Premium features.
• Not achieving the expected trading or investment results.
• Trading or financial losses resulting from the use of Opify.
• Temporary technical issues that are resolved or reasonably fixable.
• Issues caused by your device, internet connection, browser, or third-party services.
• Failure to use a feature because of misunderstanding how it works, where the feature is functioning as described.
• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period.

4. Refund Review

Every refund request is reviewed individually. To request a refund, please contact Opify Support and provide:

• Your registered Opify email address.
• Your order or subscription details.
• The reason for your refund request.
• Relevant details or screenshots, if applicable.

We may request additional information to understand and verify the issue. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

A refund may be approved when, after review, we determine that there is a genuine service-delivery issue and Opify is unable to deliver what was promised.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

6. Trading Disclaimer

Opify Premium provides analytical and market-related tools such as scanners, option-chain analysis, PCR, OI, volume analysis, and other features depending on the plan purchased.

Opify does not guarantee profits, trading results, accuracy of predictions, or prevention of financial losses. Refund eligibility is based on our ability to deliver the promised service and not on trading or investment outcomes.

If you believe you have a genuine refund issue, please contact Opify Support within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request fairly and determine whether the circumstances qualify under this policy.

Opify reserves the right to review each refund request individually and make the final determination based on the circumstances of the case.
